Tasting notes: Herbal, Dark Chocolate, Citrus
While most coffee from this area is wet-hulled, this one comes as an organic, grade 1, triple picked semi-washed process. Typically that means the bean has more complex flavors that are best brought out at a medium to a medium/dark roast.
