Note: Ground sampler sets will be set to a medium grind (drip) unless otherwise specified. This is kind of a crazy one. Fermented and co-fermented beans are newer processes that are creating some wild and wooly flavors. This one was fermented for 3 days without oxygen, sort of like how one does with grapes to make wine. The result is a creamy, soft chocolate mixed with brighter berry, grape, plum, and pomegranate. Lighter roasts taste more fruity, while darker roasts tend to be more chocolate and nutty.
